How to register:

Proceed with this booking. Provide the details requested but in the 'ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION' section, please state which option you would like to book.

When completing your booking, at the bottom of the page in the 'Additional Delivery Information' section, please include the following information:

• YOUR CHILD'S NAME
• ANY MEDICAL OR DIETARY CONDITIONS

How to pay:

Log into your tax free childcare account. At the bottom, click the 'ADD A CHILDCARE PROVIDER'.

Search 'B32 2DL' and select 'HOLIDAY SPORTS CAMP - Woodhouse Primary Academy'.
